How to Use:
- Bamboo Toothbrush: You know how to use a toothbrush!
- Bamboo Charcoal Floss: Use as you would normal floss. Pull floss out of canister, wrap around index fingers, and gently floss between teeth.
- Silk Floss: Use as you would normal floss. Pull floss out of canister, wrap around index fingers, and gently floss between teeth.
End of Life:
- Bamboo Toothbrush: Handle can be composted in any composting system or in your backyard. Bristles and staples can be recycled.
- Bamboo Charcoal Floss: Used floss can be composted. Glass jar can be recycled or upcycled.
- Silk Floss: Used floss can be composted. Glass jar can be recycled or upcycled.

- Bamboo Toothbrush: Bristles made from 100% castor bean oil, handle made from Certified 100% Organic Bamboo.
- Bamboo Charcoal Floss: Vegan bamboo fiber coated in charcoal, candelilla plant wax, and organic peppermint essential oil.
- Silk Floss: 100% cruelty-free silk thread harvested when cocoon is empty, candelilla plant wax, and organic peppermint essential oil.

SHIPPING: Varies by product size and weight. Smaller items like note cards, calendars and posters ship for $9. Larger items like furniture, lighting, rugs, coolers, etc. will be determined by size, weight and distance to destination.
Turn around time: If you order products that we stock (non-personalized/custom items), your order will ship within 2 to 3 business days. If you order custom, personalized products, we ask that you allow up to 10 business days for production and then time in transit. Please note that orders during the busy holiday season may take longer. Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery services (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Once products leave our studio + store, we have to rely on the tracking provided by the carrier.
RETURNS: We want you to love your UncommonWares! If it's not a fit, we'll gladly accept returns of unused, stock (non-custom) products within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, free of stains, damages, or signs of use.
STOCK PRODUCTS - Stock products at UncommonWares are carefully curated and often in limited quantities. If you're lucky enough to grab some UW goods before they sell out, we feel certain you will enjoy your purchases. If for whatever reason stock items purchased need to be returned, please be sure it's in new, unused condition, in its original packaging and returned to the store within 15 days of purchase. Online Orders: Shipping charges are non-refundable and any return shipping cost incurred will not be reimbursed unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect product was sent. NOTE: Only stock, non-custom/non-personalized products can be returned.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS - UncommonWares custom products are created as ordered, therefore, all personalized/custom product sales are final. It is rare, but if your item arrives damaged or is defective, it must be reported within 7 days for replacement. Simply email 4service@uncommonwares.com with a photo of the damage and any details about your order so we can efficiently process your replacement.
Please note that as a result of different textures and finishes colors will vary on products whether digitally imprinted or dyed. Products from separate dye lots may result in color shift. We always recommend coordinating instead of matching. In addition, what is shown on your screen may vary from your finished product. Slight color shifts are not considered defective and therefore cannot be returned nor replaced.
DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE In the event your order arrives damaged or is defective, it must be reported within 7 days for replacement. Simply email 4service@uncommonwares.com with a photo of the damage and any details about your order so we can efficiently process your replacement.
