The Yuletide Camellia (Camellia sasanqua 'Yuletide') is a glossy, broadleaf evergreen prized for its perfectly timed show. Single, fire-engine-red flowers with a striking boss of bright yellow stamens open from fall into winter, set against dense, lustrous dark green foliage that looks polished year round. It matures into a handsome upright shrub of roughly 8 to 10 feet tall and wide, with a naturally tidy form that takes well to shaping. Whether grown as a specimen, a screen, or an espalier against a warm wall, it brings structure in every season and a burst of warmth exactly when the landscape needs it most.
Why growers choose the Yuletide
- Off-season bloom. Flowers arrive fall to winter, filling the gap after most shrubs have finished and giving pollinators a late nectar source.
- Vivid color. Single, true-red petals frame a golden center for clean, high-contrast flowers that read beautifully from a distance.

STOCK PRODUCTS - Stock products at UncommonWares are carefully curated and often in limited quantities. If you're lucky enough to grab some UW goods before they sell out, we feel certain you will enjoy your purchases. If for whatever reason stock items purchased need to be returned, please be sure it's in new, unused condition, in its original packaging and returned to the store within 15 days of purchase. Online Orders: Shipping charges are non-refundable and any return shipping cost incurred will not be reimbursed unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect product was sent. NOTE: Only stock, non-custom/non-personalized products can be returned.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS - UncommonWares custom products are created as ordered, therefore, all personalized/custom product sales are final. It is rare, but if your item arrives damaged or is defective, it must be reported within 10 business days for replacement. Simply email 4service@uncommonwares.com with a photo of the damage and any details about your order so we can efficiently process your replacement.
Please note that as a result of different textures and finishes colors will vary on products whether digitally imprinted or dyed. Products from separate dye lots may result in color shift. We always recommend coordinating instead of matching. In addition, what is shown on your screen may vary from your finished product. Slight color shifts are not considered defective and therefore cannot be returned nor replaced.
