If you're lucky enough to grab some UW goods before they sell out, we feel certain you will enjoy your purchases. If for whatever reason stock items purchased need to be returned, please be sure it's in new, unused condition, in its original packaging and returned to the store within 15 days of purchase. Online Orders: Shipping charges are non-refundable and any return shipping cost incurred will not be reimbursed unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect product was sent. NOTE: Only stock, non-custom/non-personalized products can be returned.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS - UncommonWares custom products are created as ordered, therefore, all personalized/custom product sales are final. It is rare, but if your item arrives damaged or is defective, it must be reported within 10 business days for replacement.
