The Outdoor Solid Cedar Wood Bat House - Holds up to 75 Bats is quality cedar wood crafted with decorative grooved side panels. Measuring 9 x 5.25 x 12 inches high, the center chamber of the house has three separate roosting compartments which can hold anywhere from 20-25 brown bats. This house measures 5.25 x 9 x 12 inches high and is constructed of quality wood which is naturally rot resistant. The air vents on the sides and front of the house allow for the proper ventilation. It contains three separate roosting chambers which can hold approximately 75 brown bats.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS - UncommonWares custom products are created as ordered, therefore, all personalized/custom product sales are final. It is rare, but if your item arrives damaged or is defective, it must be reported within 10 business days for replacement. Simply email 4service@uncommonwares.com with a photo of the damage and any details about your order so we can efficiently process your replacement. 

Please note that as a result of different textures and finishes colors will vary on products whether digitally imprinted or dyed. Products from separate dye lots may result in color shift. We always recommend coordinating instead of matching. In addition, what is shown on your screen may vary from your finished product. Slight color shifts are not considered defective and therefore cannot be returned nor replaced.
