How to Mix:

A Quick Note on Sustainability:
Here in New Orleans, we live on the front lines of climate change. We hand-dip each bottle in wax to avoid adding single use plastic seals to landfills. We use glass packaging and print our labels on recycled kraft paper for maximum sustainability. The apothecary look and feel of our packaging is as intentional as it is beautiful. If for whatever reason stock items purchased need to be returned, please be sure it's in new,Ā unused condition, in its original packaging and returned to the store within 15 days of purchase.Ā Online Orders:Ā Shipping charges are non-refundable and any return shipping cost incurred will not be reimbursed unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect product was sent.Ā NOTE:Ā Only stock, non-custom/non-personalized products can be returned.

It is rare, but ifĀ your item arrives damaged or is defective, it must be reported within 10 business days for replacement. Simply email 4service@uncommonwares.com with a photo of the damage and any details about your order so we can efficiently process your replacement.Ā
Please note that as a result of different textures and finishes colors will vary on products whether digitally imprinted or dyed. Products from separate dye lots may result in color shift. We always recommend coordinating instead of matching. In addition, what is shown on your screen may vary from your finished product. Slight color shifts are not considered defective and therefore cannot be returned nor replaced.
