1826® saw the creation of the world’s first stamped saucepan, manufactured at our factory in Fesches-le-Châtel, Burgundy (France). Nearly two centuries later, this new collection, symbolically named 1826®, takes its inspiration from the past while embodying the modernity, innovation, and passion that drive CRISTEL® every day.
Our 1826® frying pan stands out thanks to its tapered base, paying tribute to the two-hundred-year-old saucepan that gave rise to this collection.
This set is composed of one 8“ and one 10“frying pan.
Its induction-compatible, heat-diffusing base in three superimposed layers (induction stainless steel - aluminum - 18/10 stainless steel) guarantees even heat distribution across its entire surface, so you can sear a piece of meat or sauté a medley of vegetables effortlessly, without the need to add fat.
For cooking fish, potatoes, or eggs, opt for the 1826® Non-stick Frying Pans set.

We want you to love your UncommonWares! If it's not a fit, we'll gladly accept returns of unused, stock (non-custom) UncommonWares products within 15 days of purchase.

STOCK PRODUCTS - Stock products at UncommonWares are carefully curated and often in limited quantities. If you're lucky enough to grab some UW goods before they sell out, we feel certain you will enjoy your purchases. If for whatever reason stock items purchased need to be returned, please be sure it's in new, unused condition, in its original packaging and returned to the store within 15 days of purchase. Online Orders: Shipping charges are non-refundable and any return shipping cost incurred will not be reimbursed unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect product was sent. NOTE: Only stock, non-custom/non-personalized products can be returned.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS - UncommonWares custom products are created as ordered, therefore, all personalized/custom product sales are final. It is rare, but if your item arrives damaged or is defective, it must be reported within 10 business days for replacement. Simply email 4service@uncommonwares.com with a photo of the damage and any details about your order so we can efficiently process your replacement.
Please note that as a result of different textures and finishes colors will vary on products whether digitally imprinted or dyed. Products from separate dye lots may result in color shift. We always recommend coordinating instead of matching. In addition, what is shown on your screen may vary from your finished product. Slight color shifts are not considered defective and therefore cannot be returned nor replaced.
