We're adding new studio space - UPDATE - Only 2 Studio Spaces Left - Available May 1, 2024!

LEASED - Space 1 (large - includes cubby shelves, optional mounted table) = $600 month

LEASED - Space 2 (medium - open space, optional mounted table) = $400 month 

Space 3 (small - enough space for your easel, cart or, optional mounted table) = $300 month

Space 4 PRIME (large - FRONT WINDOW PRIME SPACE) = $800 month - Available May 1st

Centrally located in Boulder (80301) with 24/7 access, free parking, central heat and AC, includes utilities and wifi.

Artist/Maker studios are open for optimal light. Each studio space has the option to be furnished with a wall-mounted table and stool (all optional at no additional charge).
